Refund Policy for Internship Placement

At FLIP, we are dedicated to providing exceptional internship placement services. If we are unable to secure a placement as requested, our refund policy is as follows:


  1. Eligibility for Refund: A refund of 30% of the internship placement fee will be processed if FLIP is unable to secure an internship placement that matches the request made within the agreed-upon timeframe, defined as 6 weeks of application from the date of application.
  2. Refund Request Procedure:
      • To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving notification that we cannot secure the placement as requested.
      • Provide your application details and a brief explanation of the request.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date we receive your complete refund request.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit to your account, as determined by FLIP.
  5. Exclusions:
      • Refunds will not be issued if the inability to secure placement is due to external factors beyond our control, such as changes in market demand, specific requirements from the placement provider, or if delays are caused by the intern’s actions or additional requirements.
      • No refunds will be issued once a placement has been successfully secured.
  6. Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding the refund, please contact our support team to resolve the issue. We aim to address and resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
